Arrival 01:00 p.m. – Departure 12:00p.m.

• All Public spaces are non-smoking.
• Pets are allowed.
• Free public parking is possible on site without the need to make any reservations in advance.
• All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  All children under 2 years of age stay free and there is no charge for baby cots.
  Extra beds are not available.
• The maximum capacity for a baby cot in a room is one.
  An additional roll- away or baby cot must be requested prior to booking and will be confirmed by the hotel prior to arrival.
  The first child of 0-3 years stay free of charge.
  Children between 3-12 years old will be charged 20euro per day.
• The Hotel reserves the right to change the room rate.
• All above prices are in euro per room per night including taxes.
  Rates may change during holidays, conferences or events.
• Special offers are not valid during holidays, conferences, exhibitions and special events.
  All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card deposit equivalent to 25% of total amount. This deposit is collected upon booking confirmation.
• Changes and/or cancellations must be done at least twenty one (21) days prior to your date of arrival for July and August and seven (7) days the rest of the year, to avoid any penalty surcharge. The surcharge is the equal to the initial deposit and will not be refunded.
• In the event the hotel fails to collect the deposit due to credit card inaccurancies, the reservation will be cancelled at no further notice.
